FABRICATOR
Learn skills and develop expertise at interpreting prints and fabricating steel and aluminum stairs, railings, roof ladders and custom metal products for the commercial construction industry.
PAINTER
Learn to apply the protective coating for our fabricated steel stairs, railings, roof ladders, and custom metal products. Cross-train to support our material handling, grinding, and fabricating roles..
PROJECT MANAGER
Provide overall management, technical direction, coordination, planning, and completion of multiple commercial projects. Ensure each project is delivered in accordance with design, budget, and schedule and communicate effectively with the project team, office staff, production team, and clients.
PRODUCTION INTERN (Full- or Part-Time)
Learn the hands-on processes, techniques, and essential skills to service our customers’ product needs. This role can offer potential advancement into our skilled trades and professional positions.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT INTERN (Full- or Part-Time)
Analyze current methods, processes, and workflows in various functions of the company and lead improvement projects in those areas. This role can offer potential advancement into our professional positions.
